This past March, a customized mobile clinic was delivered to Africa to bring healthcare to rural villages. In just the past few months, over 5,208 kids were treated with deworming medicine to help them use the nutrition that is in the meager amount of food that they eat. We established health baselines for these children to monitor their progress, as well as providing general medical assistance as needed. Polio is also making a comeback in Africa. With your help, we are gearing up to go back and immunize these kids so they will not suffer the effects of a debilitating disease that is entirely preventable. Your support will help us expand the number of people cared for, pay the local medical staff that serve in the mobile clinic, and provide medicine and supplies that would not be available to these people without these efforts.
