Putnam Service Dogs

Ellis, a lab/Great Pyrenees mix, was consistently a star in his training class. Unfortunately, he became more timid as he matured from puppyhood into adulthood, and balked at going into unfamiliar venues. We had to release him from our service dog training program for this. We adopted him to a disabled Veteran who needed an ESA dog. They bonded immediately upon meeting, and 6 months later, the pair is inseparable. Our dogs change lives. Even if one of our dogs doesn't make it as a Service Dog, we strive to find a loving home for it where it will help its person. The CEO's son is a 7 year Veteran of the Army. Veterans are the heartbeat and soul of our country. Although still small, we strive to serve them. in addition to our recipients with physical disabilities other than blindness.
